Process

Selecting a contractor is an important decision to make when beginning the remodeling process.  Homeowners need to know that the remodeling contractor they choose is a full-time, dedicated remodeling professional and is licensed, bonded and insured for your protection and theirs.  Custom Creative Marble & Granite is licensed, bonded and insured and we are an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau.

Once you select CCMG as your contractor, we will walk you through the entire remodeling project step by step:

Initial appointment – we will come to your home and talk about your ideas, plans and dreams.  Our highly qualified sales team will guide you through the many different materials available and help formulate a plan and direction.  Basic measurements will be taken.

Proposal – within 3 business days a written proposal will be provided for review. This is the time to make any major changes to the project – a revised proposal reflecting changes will be available.

Contract and deposit – once the contract has been approved and signed, CCMG requires a 50% deposit.

Slab selection – someone from CCMG will accompany you to the tile and slab houses to personally help you select the materials for your project – ensuring that you get exactly what you want.

Templating and fabrication – once your slab has been selected our experienced fabricators will come to your home to take final measurements for your custom countertops.  Within 7-10 days the countertop will be cut, polished and edged to your specifications.

Installation – installers will handle the final steps in your remodeling project, handling everything from demolition to clean-up.  Our installers are experts in granite, marble, travertine, and tile installation and pay great attention to the details.  The contract balance is due upon completion of the installation.
